- Responsible for the PDRA and SORA analysis for flights SAIL I and above, with the support of the certification engineer, the design engineering team and the flight test team
- Plan mission in accordance with PEN UAS Ops Manual and applicable regulations
- Plan operations logistics as and when required
- Get flight permits and flight authorizations as required
- Trigger and coordinate the ERP as and when required
- Participate in the specs of the various tools to be developed to optimize PEN UAS operations

Roles & Responsibilities
Expected competences, know-how and attitude:
- Degree in Aviation Management and / or a CAAM-approved dispatcher / flight planner license
- Prior experience in helicopter or fixed wing operations as ground ops or dispatcher
- Military drone operations experience is appreciated
- English proficiency licence (ICAO level 5 minimum) appreciated
- Able to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Able to perform under pressure
- Excellent teamwork capabilities
- Will need to travel internally and externally of Malaysia
- 3 years minimum of working experience
